At Flames of the North, we take pride in producing high-quality, small-batch hot sauces. Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on food items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@flamesofthenorth.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of any damage to the product or packaging
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
