Flames of the North products are produced in small batches. Due to the nature of handcrafted food products, slight variations in color, consistency, and heat level may occur between batches.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability may change at any time.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues affecting fulfillment.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Flames of the North is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@flamesofthenorth.com and provide photos of the issue.
