Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, major events, new product releases, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Rates
Flames of the North offers the following flat-rate shipping:
1 bottle: $5.95
2–3 bottles: $7.95
4 bottles: $9.95
Orders of $60 or more: Free shipping
Free shipping is applied automatically when the qualifying order subtotal reaches $60.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.
Delivery Times
Delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Flames of the North is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. However, we will assist customers in working toward a resolution when possible.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you discover an address error, contact us immediately at info@flamesofthenorth.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be resent.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package has not arrived within seven business days after its estimated delivery date, contact us at info@flamesofthenorth.com.
We will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery.

A description of the issue
Photographs of the products and shipping packaging
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for additional information.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders placed through Faire are subject to Faire’s applicable shipping terms, policies, and order procedures.
